Venus-Jupiter Dynamics In Relationships
Venus is associated with self-worth and not settling for anything less. Hence it is related to close one-to-one relationships. Whereas Jupiter is about expansion and being generous to everyone. This creates issues in their relationships as they haven’t learn to be selective. Being being too accessible and generous Jupitereans fail to create the worth in other people. This leads to them being taken granted and advantage of in relationships. By the time, they realise to create boundaries, it is too late. It’s late in the sense, the damage is done.
This can be seen in the case of Lord Ram (Jupiter in Pushya) and goddess Sita (Pushya Moon). Pushya's deity is Jupiter or Brihaspati. Lord Ram was bound to his duties and he always placed his subjects over his personal life. Goddess Sita was tested time and again. Later decided to finally leave.
Brihaspati aka Jupiter in Vedic astrology was the devaguru or the guru of devatas (gods). He dedicated most of his time towards acquiring and promoting knowledge, social welfare and not give enough time to his wife who eloped with her lover Chandra later.
Venus or Shukra is an expert in terms of relationships. People with strong Venus show appreciation and shower special affection who they find worthy. They also gate-keep their knowledge and affection. In this way, they create self-worth and strong relationships. This quality of refinement or selectiveness helps in them in marriage. They have high standards and this makes sure, they have high quality experiences.
People who have prominent Jupiter should learn to have strong boundaries and walk away in situations where they are being taken advantage of. They should limit their accessibility to narcissistic people who thrive on and misuse their empathetic nature.
